If it were smaller I would say Agromyzinae.

Metallic green without prescutellar acrostichals almost always means Melanagromyza sp.

It WAS smaller.

I'm starting to think it's Agromyzidae as well. The wings are almost a direct match. The body was very small, btw: 7 mm at the longest, but that is according only to vague recollection. All I remember about it is that it was small enough to be Agromyzidae.

Lucilia cuprina?

It looks like Lucilia cuprina (Calliphoridae). But I am not sure.
