On tulip poplar - Illinoia liriodendri

Size: 2 mm.
I know there are over 800 unidentified aphids, but perhaps knowing the host plant, tulip poplar may narrow it down. Could it be Illinoia liriodendri (Tuliptree Aphid)?

Most leaves had just a handful of aphids on the underside.

Not many aphids feed on Liriodendron tulipifera so this species is pretty distinct for that host. Those long siphunculi a little swollen at the end, and the tibiae are dark, plus they're often yellowish and sometimes a little waxy.
