Nanoose Hill, British Columbia, Canada
June 21, 2015
Seen on Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) needle at edge of open Garry Oak meadows and rock outcroppings. Perhaps Megapenthes stigmosus?

Moved, this is a male BTW
This is either M. caprella or M. stigmosus. Examination of the punctures on the hypomeron are usually required to separate them externally.

Moved from ID Request.
