Found while digging a hole in an area where a shed had just been removed. There were about 5 of these seen.

appears to be a young C. variegatus
However, C. pallidus is similar, related, and occurs in the region too.

I had narrowed it down and th
I had narrowed it down and thought it must be related to the camel cricket. I couldn't find anything that had similar large spikes on the legs though, which seemed unique to me.
