Hummingbird Moth, black and white, British Columbia, Canada - Sphinx perelegans
Hanceville, Caribou, British Columbia, Canada
June 29, 2015
Size: 2" body length
Never have seen this type of moth before, which I mistaken for hummingbird. They came just after sunset and were attracted to the Petunias. There was three. I also planted Lavender flowers, first time this year. Could be what attracted them.
