Damselfly - Ischnura hastata - female

Damselfly - Ischnura hastata - Female
Fulton County, Georgia, USA
July 8, 2015
I'm thinking female Citrine Forktail

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

We always struggle with Rambur's and Citrine :(

Was it just the tiniest damsel you have ever seen?
The dark abdominal segments 1 and 2 certainly point toward hastata.

It was very small
I don't think I've ever seen a Rambur's in my area but there are a lot of Citrines .
