Wasp or bee - Trypoxylon collinum

Wasp or bee - Trypoxylon collinum
Staunton, Virginia, USA
July 8, 2015
Size: Small
There are three of these who are in my pollen bee nest, but I fear they are parasitic or predatory wasps who want to prey on my leaf cutter and mason bees. Any idea of the identity?

Threat to my bees?
Thank you for the ID. Is this any threat to my bees?

According to...
...the Info Page, they provision their nests with spiders, so your bees have nothing to fear. :)

Thank you
I appreciate your help. I am so excited to have my little bees I want to keep them all safe!
