Yes, I believe this female imago to be Callibaetis californicus.

 
Photograph is on a fabric tha
Photograph is on a fabric that has 2mm grid. Because it's diagonal, and photograph is low angle....not sure true size is easy to calculate, so I left that part blank.

 
Body length
Based on the photo's 2 mm grid background, I would estimate the body to be ~7.1 mm, which would be about right for a 2nd generation of the year emergence of a Callibaetis californicus female imago.
