Which caterpillar, please? - Polygonia interrogationis
Herring Run Park, Baltimore City County, Maryland, USA
May 14, 2007
Observed on Apocynum canabinum.

Moved
Moved from Polygonia.

Looks like
Polygonia interrogationis. Perhaps it fell from an overhanging tree? Not likely that it was feeding on Dogbane.
