Hmmm...might this specimen be an example of Blastobasis, I wonder?

Look at Asaphocrita
Specifically, Asaphocrita (Holcocera) aphidiella 1171. I put Holococera in ( ) because there was some past confusion with this genus. Might be the first record in Minn.

I think you're right, Dick...
This specimen looks like it may be a very worn Asaphocrita aphidiella (1171). I'll move it there and let the experts decide whether to move it elsewhere. Thanks! And how good to hear from you again!

I'll look at Asaphocrita. I don't stumble upon too many of these microleps, and I'm resigned to never being able to ID them when I do encounter 'em.
