Evergreen Bagworm Moth Larva? -
Thyridopteryx ephemeraeformis
Ascension Parish, Louisiana, USA
Size: Casing ~20mm
There weren't many photos to confirm the ID but I think this is the larva of an evergreen bagworm moth.

I wonder. It seems to be the same as what I just posted, but yours and mine both were on something other than evergreens. The facial markings are also a bit different from the ones posted here with evergreen needles. I hope someone with some expertise can weigh in on this.
