Large Yellow Underwing? -
Abagrotis magnicupida
Block Island, Washington County, Rhode Island, USA

I think this is a Large Yellow Underwing, but I did not see the hind-wing. If it is, it will be a July data point for RI.

Some of the HW is visible and doesn't seem vivid enough for this species. I think it's possible this is a lookalike.
