Mystery solved
I had posted an Anomoea sp. a while ago and this bears at least a superficial resemblance except for that cool butt and the twenty other things you're about to point out. I figured going back 4 levels was enough. Should have gone back to Polyphaga.
So once again this effectively demonstrates that I can create a quality image but shouldn't be allowed out of the darkroom.
Perhaps Virginia Mountain Mint, Pycnanthemum viginianum could be added to the list of nectar sources. This individual favored it out of many other choices in the meadow.

actually, the two share the Cucujiformia affiliation
...which is one huge step down from Polyphaga --but we don't use that level in the guide
back in office after a dinner with hungry wife at an Indian place; listening to
