The wings, as they are spread in this image,
are ~28mm across. Guessing they would be slightly larger if spread to their maximum extent.

Hugh says light colored costa
and white background equals abdominalis here
It's not clear how one separates abdominalis from pertextalis from thesetialis -whew!
I'll try to determine if this was my sheet, and if so, I can approx size by counting threads.

Hi, Ann. I added an image with the wings more open . Also, when I moved mine from H. pertextalis up to family level, it was just because I don't know crambids that well except for certain species, and not because I had decided it wasn't H. pertextalis.

Hi John and Jane,
So you agree with my ID? After John removed his I have been studying them again, and wondered if my coloration was light enough for this species. I felt sure at the time of placement, but did not focus on the color, only the pattern which was apparently a mistake.
