Black moth - Idia

Black moth - Idia
Jonestown, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, USA
July 19, 2015
Size: Total Length about 12mm
The moth is very glossy black with no clear markings. This moth has notches on the wings and I cannot find on any others. I would appreciate any help in getting an ID.

Rotund Idia?
Looks like Idia rotundalis. Notches are artifact of predation.
