Bombylius fulvibasoides? Bombylius fulvibasoides?

Frassed
Moved from Bombylius atriceps.

Moved
Moved from Subgenus Bombylius.

Moved
Doesn't seem to be B. fulvibasoides. This looks like a male, and males of that species should have black hair on the coxae. I'm not sure what it is, a more dorsal shot to see the shape and wing pattern more clearly is probably necessary to confirm the ID.

Moved from Bee Flies.

Second shot
I added a shot, the most dorsal I could manage, just in case it's enough.

Bombylius
With the added dorsal shot this looks like B. atriceps.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.
