Widow Skimmer (teneral) - Libellula luctuosa - Male
Chico Basin Ranch (38.535547° -104.362307° E5165'), El Paso County, Colorado, USA
July 21, 2015
Disturbed work site dominated by alien weeds, in sandsage/cholla prairie. Livestock tank nearby. Absence of white in the wings indicates female, but not sure age does not influence that trait.

The end of the abdomen
and the shape of the abdomen plus the kinda light patches on the wings without darkened wing tips all point to a young male.
