Looks like Hylephila phyleus
Looks like Hylephila phyleus also called Fiery Skipper.

 
John, this one has appearance of female Sachem
which has white spots rather than the faint yellow ones on this specimen. However, spots appear white on the ventral side of the forewing and an orange dash occurs in the cell rather than an orange spot which is characteristic of Fiery female. I think that the bright saturated orange hue of the flower is affecting the spot color.
