Helvibotys helvialis?
Lacks dark red bordering outer margins of Neohelvibotys neohelvialis and st. band of similar Hahncappsia spp. but see comments here and here.

Subfamily for most potential Hahncappsia, Helvibotys, Neohelvibotys, and Hahncappsia might be best.

You were correct, sort of
I see now what happened. You based your ID on Mark Dreiling's image posted both at MPG and BugGuide here. BOLD originally had it assigned to N. neohelvialis but later corrected the error. I moved it at BugGuide and will inform MPG.
