Hypsopygia costalis? - Hypsopygia olinalis

I believe this is a Clover Hayworm. To my eyes, the outer margin is yellow, as is the fringe. Confirmation or correction would be much appreciated.

I'd rather think it to be Hypsopygia olinalis.
