Eastern Grass Tubeworm Moth 2 - Acrolophus popeanella - male

Eastern Grass Tubeworm Moth 2 - Acrolophus popeanella - Male
New Hope/Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA
July 23, 2015
Palps of intermediate length fits plumifrontella, not popeanella. National Moth Week event. Came to lights.

Moved
Moved from Eastern Grass-tubeworm Moth.

Palp length is just fine for popeanella, and the coloration first better too.
