Likely Platypedia sp.
At this time of the year, there are few cicadas about already, but Platypedia would likely be the most common. Do check with Andy to confirm that, of course:-)

Too Big for Platypedia
This looks to be more of Okanagana species. Okanagana are a more northern species than Platypedia and also Okanagana start to emerge in Early June which is now.

Platypedia
The dark midline stripe is characteristic of this genus. Both this and Okanagana occur together in MT.
