Injured ichneumonidae - Lanugo - female

Injured ichneumonidae - Lanugo - Female
El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, USA
July 28, 2015
This ichneumonidae wasp was running around with a broken wing seemingly disoriented. I wondered about its recent adventures. A bird maybe? Anyway, any help to id it will be appreciated.
