Agree with Don's suggestion for species.

Dineutes discolor
Perhaps I should have said that BOTH top and bottom photographs are needed for Dineutes. However, I am pretty sure that this one is D. discolor (thorax, abdomen, legs light orange to yellow, all same color. The form of the elytral apices often must be seen also.
