These are images of a male Assassin Bug called a Bloodsucking Conenose, Tratoma rubida, with asymmetric forelegs. I'm including extra crops of him, including close ups of his legs and ventrals of his abdomen, in case something is important enough to see there. His right foreleg is shorter and lighter in color than the left one. I'm not sure why. Is it possible for them to regrow a damaged leg?

SEX:
Sexing these bugs is relatively simple, as long as you can clearly see the tip and shape of the abdomen.
Female = pointy tips that extend (∼ 1mm) beyond wing apex
Male = blunt tip that does not extend beyond wing apex
