Can't see enough detail of the moth to be sure, but the leaf mine is most likely
P. subpersea
. There has been a single reported instance of a
P. hyperpersea
mine on the underside of a leaf. The way to be sure would be to look at the shape of the pupal chamber, which unfortunately would be beyond the top of your photo. Do you have any less cropped photos of the mine?
