Ugly Caterpillar - Schizura ipomaeae

Size: 1 1/4"
Almost overlooked this guy. Once I got a good look noticed all it's beautiful features. I think it stings - brushed a finger against one of it's bristles ... Also thought it might be bird dropping at first.

Prominent Moth
My guess is Schizura ipomoeae, though if not then it's probably something close.
