Looks like Hodges 0486 (Bucculatrix montana)

 
Certainly Bucculatrix
However, a specific ID is extremely hard, though I'd imagine this is in fact Bucculatrix montana. Genus safe though. With these nice photos, species should be possible to confirm. See:

Just identified on BAMONA as B. staintonella. Any thoughts.
