5th stage instar preparing for final molt
This is in the genus Neoxabea. Note there are no spines on the distal hind legs.
The wing sacs are swollen, indicating it is preparing for the final molt before reaching adult status.
Appears to be a male, as in the 5th stage one would see an ovipositor if this were a female.
