Carpenter bee
I would add that this is probably a male. Males have a white spot on the forehead.

Carpenter Bee?
Very large, almost naked abdomen, black with yellow hair is Eastern Carpenter Bee, Xylocopa virginica.

I think most bumblebees have hairy abdomens. Others may correct me--I'm just learning the common bees and wasps.

Neat angle on the photo.
