Flew with legs dangling down in front of it. Restless, landed occasionally on leaves, feeding on Agastache "Blue Fortune." 7x magnification

The "sausage-shaped" flagellum of the antenna is more than 2 times the length of scape (= basal antennal segment), which indicates species neglecta here.
