A tough one. As a first impression I think it looks more like Idia forbesii, but there is no denying the white dots below the AM line which seem more consistent with markings on I. Julia and the hind wing markings seem a little more indistinct on that species. What were you thinking?

 
I was looking at I. Julia when I saw your comment.
I don't think it's forbesii for the reasons you state. It also could be I. rotundalis. But I'm leaning toward julia because of the sharp bend in the PM line toward the outer margin and the fairly distinct reniform spot. But these are qualitative marks and there is considerable overlap in the BG photos. I'm going to move it to Genus and see if it goes anywhere from there.

Sounds like a good plan. Glad we are on the same page. I also considered I. rotundalis because of the shape, but I think the others have the same shape with out the name.
