NOTE: The wasp ID professionals may be able to tell you more than me, about the taxonomy in this and related genera and the particulars of each species in your wasp's genus, especially about those found in your geographic region. However, I believe that my assessment of your wasp's probable ID and sex is correct.
NOTE: This wing appears to have a vein pattern exactly the same as the ones on the female Entypus fulvicornis that I used for comparison on the master image. I can rule out the other two species on the BugGuide, but there are four more species in the genus, that I cannot yet completely rule out, from here.
