Yes, I agree
The yellowish borders of the pronotum, the long sleek appearance, the milky yellowish limbs, the gold on the head --- all seem to match for Davis' tree cricket.

Additionally, with antenna on the left of the photo is in a position that should have shown the tip of a ' J ' hook if this were the similar looking Narrow-winged tree cricket, and would have had deep orange on the head.
