Problematic collection
Kyhl,
The moth was reared from a batch collection of mine-infested plants, but I am pretty sure now that the moth emerged from a stem or a sheath - since those mines are so tiny, and resemble Elachista mines.
There was a hollow stem in the collection, so it is possibly something that emerged from it - but I could not find pupal exuviae.
So all we can say at present is that this moth is somehow associated with Chasmanthium.
Unfortunately, due to my negligence, the specimen degraded.
I will attempt to edit this posting (I thought I previously had done so!) to remove the implied association with mines, and to locate the remaining image of this specimen
And to search again for more next year!

I don't recognize it, sorry
It doesn't have the strongly curved labial palps characteristic of Gelechioidea. Perhaps a Tineid or a Plutellid? I have no idea. Have you tried sending these images to Terry Harrison? He might know.

Terry Harrison identified this image by private email. Thanks to Terry, Kyle, and Charley - and I'll transfer it over.

The palps must have broken off.
