Ichneumonid wasp? - Lycorina glaucomata - female

Ichneumonid wasp? - Lycorina glaucomata - Female
Reveler Conservation Area, North Stormont, Ontario, Canada
August 1, 2015
Unfortunately I was able to get only one shot of this small wasp. Is it an Ichneumonid?

Moved from Lycorina.

Lycorina
Not too many ichneumonid groups with pigmented wingtips. Females of the other main group, Acaenitinae, have consistently longer ovipositors, and there are differences in wing venation.

Thank you
