These are images of an all-black and nearly hairless Square-headed Wasp, that I believe is a female in the genus Liris. I'm including extra shots of her to show the details of all the body parts and two images in bright sunlight.

Her Thorax & Leg Hairs:
1) - dense, carpeting of various microscopic lengths
2) - mostly dark in color, depending on illumination angles
3) - leg hairs are highly reflective, sometimes resembles silvery felt, in bright sunlight
