Hi "Mac"
This is a female, from the long scopa (= pollen-collecting hairs) on the venter of the abdomen (a distinctive characteristic of megachilids). Osmia are typically sexually dimorphic...females and males can look quite different. So for reference, it's good to ascertain which is which when possible (i.e. when scopae are visible on belly, or a count of flagellomeres can be made: 10 => females, 11 => males).
