Nice shot! Are you sure this isn't a Faded Pennant? I'm very much an amateur/hobbyist, but from what I've read, the thoracic stripes are indicative of
Celithemis ornata
. And, of the very few pics I've been able to find, this is a dead ringer for what one expert has labeled a Faded.

We would agree that this has the thoracic pattern of C. ornata not C. amanda. We'll move it to it's proper place in the guide. Thanks again and keep on looking!
