I don't think sculpturatus is found that far east. This could be a "pantheriensis" color morph of the common C. vittatus.
The claws look a bit thick for centruroides actually. Vajovidae?

 
Chihuahuanus coahuilae
Used to be in Vaejovis. This species is very common in west Texas and much of New Mexico.
