Pyrrharctia isabella? - Lophocampa maculata

Size: 3 cm
I'm long familiar with woolly bear caterpillars, but have never seen one with the long white hairs at the ends. Is this Pyrrharctia isabella? They are feeding heavily on the green alder leaves here in Juneau, Alaska right now.
