P. stigmaticus only occurs in Singapore and has no record in the US. This rather certainly isn't that species.

This was determined by Dave Smith at the Smithsonian. Not saying your wrong, but I'm sure not going to say Dave was wrong... I will see if I can find a picture of his det label.

 
Pristaulacus
We do have a very similarly-spelled species, P. stigmaterus, which seems to align (it's essentially identical in coloration to P. flavicrurus). It would be a fairly easy typo even with being careful.
