Hibiscus Jewel Beetle? - Agrilus concinnus

Hibiscus Jewel Beetle? - Agrilus concinnus
Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma, USA
July 10, 2015
Found on a hibiscus plant. Could this beetle be a firefly mimic? If so, how is that advantageous, besides the fact that fireflies are predatory?
