Ortholeptura?
Reminds me of Ortholeptura valida, but that is from my experience in the Pacific Northwest. Might be a related species or genus, though.

 
Pronotum wrong
Looks like I can see spines on the sides of the pronotum (the part behind the head and in front of the elytra, or wing covers) so this would rule out Ortholeptura. I think you have Leptorhabdium pictum which has a range throughout the eastern US.

With all the imported flowers and plants we have in the neighborhood-I wouldn't discount any species! ^__^
