Acronicta haesitata, 9245
We have records from Adair, Delaware, & Atoka Counties about this time of the year. 9-15-15, John M Nelson confirms this is haesitata.

My first impression was that this might be #9242
Acronita exilis
but your location may be too far west for it. Perhaps there is an
Acronicta
expert who wants to commit to an ID.

Maybe not too far west
Bugguide has individuals from Texas and Kansas, and MPG has one in NW Arkansas, not far from this one in NE Oklahoma.
