How/where to submit specimen for ID? - Eupithecia affinata - male

How/where to submit specimen for ID? - Eupithecia affinata - Male
Verona, Augusta County, Virginia, USA
August 22, 2015
There were several specimens of this Eupithecia sp. at both the vapor light and porch light last night - the moth has a distinctive black band around its body, visible on all specimens that I saw. I collected one of them this morning and was interested in submitting the moth for an ID. Can anyone advise me as to how I can do this?
