Tiny fly - Stylogaster neglecta - Female
Keene, Cheshire County, New Hampshire, USA

Size: 1/4" approximately
I have searched thru my books and I can't even decide on a group for this fly. I thought it was a wasp until I looked closer and saw it was a fly. Is it a type of flower fly? very strange abdomen that it flexes.
