Rainbow-legged Spider - Titiotus

Rainbow-legged Spider - Titiotus
Sacatara Canyon, Tejon Ranch, Kern County, California, USA
August 23, 2015
This spider had a neat rainbow/prism iridescence on the base of the legs, shows a bit in the pics but not well.

It was quite large, not sure what family to start with.

I hoped it wasn't one of these guys as they are cursed to never receive species ID.

Thanks Laura, good to know what it is though. It seems icenoglei is the species known from this area going by maps and historical data from the region. Any ideas if it can be IDed from this image?

There are records of tulare and shantzi, but not nearby.
