Probably Crocidosema plebejana
This looks like a male
C. plebejana
but not sure there are no other possibilities.

Perhaps
Sonia constrictana shows a significant amount of white on the sides of the moth which does not appear in these photos. Do some Sonia constrictana have little or no white on the sides? Is this important?
