I saw a lot of the this weeke
I saw a lot of the this weekend in Virginia. I believe that this is an Analeptura species - lineola, I think.

 
Yes, we would agree with A. lineola
We have a number of images in the guide here, but unfortunately some of them may be misidentified. Yours, however, looks like it might be the poster child for lineola!
